Diallo Djibril Cheikh Bouye

Né en 1980 à Zouérat en Mauritanie, Diallo Djibril CHEIKH BOUYE est juriste de formation. Il est étudiant-chercheur à l'université Paris 8 où il termine une thèse de doctorat en droit public.
